Manogya Sahay

Manogya is a Research Assistant at PEDAL, currently working on the Playtime with Books project.

Manogya is a Research Assistant at PEDAL where she is involved in Playtime with Books programme, an online book-sharing intervention which aims to promote language development and strengthen the parent-child relationship by introducing parents to book-sharing skills to practice with their children.

She is interested in improving young children’s developmental outcomes by integrating mental well-being in educational contexts, with the goal of improving equity and inclusivity in education, especially in low-resource settings.

Manogya holds an MPhil in Education, Globalisation, and International Development from the University of Cambridge. Before joining PEDAL, she worked as a mental health practitioner, teacher, and researcher in India.
